Chia Pudding

This delicious nutrient-filled chia pudding is my go-to morning meal. It is creamy, sweet, and versatile. 

Chia Pudding is made even better when served in our Start With Love Mugs as a beautiful reminder of how each day should begin. 

This is my go-to, on-the-go breakfast. You can easily make it ahead of time for a quick dash out the door.

There are truly unlimited variations to this recipe and you can make it with any of your most favorite flavors and toppings.


Good Morning Sunshine, Chia Pudding


  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl (if making for easy out-the-door breakfast, divide this mixture into pint size jars leaving room at the top for any toppings you might want to add in the morning)

  2. Cover bowl (or seal jars) and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. The pudding should be thick and creamy.

  3. Enjoy as is, or add any toppings you’d like.


  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any variety of milk alternative)

  • optional: stir in a dash of cinnamon, a few drops of vanilla extract, mix in your favorite nuts and/or dried fruit, add a tablespoon of nut butter and/or your favorite preserves, top with endless possibilities: fresh or dried fruit, nuts, jams, nut butters, chocolate chips, a drizzle of maple syrup…
